salvaged

yet another way to recycle.
and by far one of my favourite ways to recycle.
we have taken beautiful greyed and weathered fence boards and jay built me a GORGEOUS gardeners bench in my garden!
our latest project??
jay had brought home cedar panels from a sauna room in the rec centre his company is renovating.
these panels are massive....
3x6inch cedar double tongue and grooved together.
they are THE perfect size for a table top.
yup...table top.
so upon my idea of creating an outdoor table out of one of the panels, my husband acted....
it's BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!
rustic
old
beat up
solid
chunky
beautiful

one panel to create the table top and he took another one apart to create the legs and braces....
i love it!!!
